Kea was founded by Vincent Keating, a carpenter and joiner by trade and a qualified Quantity Surveyor. That means your project is led by someone who understands both the quality of the work and the cost of getting it right, backed by decades of experience and numerous successful projects.
The team
Vincent is joined by experienced commercial specialists and senior project managers trained within major main contractors. Between us, we bring decades of experience across a wide range of builds, from residential refurbishments to large, complex commercial schemes.
That combination of hands-on craftsmanship, commercial expertise and proven delivery means you get a builder who understands both the detail and the bigger picture. We know where the commercial risks sit on a project, and we manage them from day one so there are fewer surprises on cost or programme.
We’re deliberately small, without the heavy overheads of a large main contractor.
